Thib Guicherd-Callin has been working with the LOCKSS Team at Stanford University since 2005.
He has participated in the development of the LOCKSS Daemon, contributing a filtering framework for PDF files, an object persistence framework, ICP support in the proxy, and improvements to the web user interface. He has worked actively on the LOCKSS Plugin Tool, content releasing and auditing, and user support. Thib has also spearheaded several internal technical initiatives, the most visible of which was introducing MediaWiki to the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS websites.
Thib was born in France and grew up in the Grenoble area. He has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the Jack Baskin School of Engineering at the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Science degree in computer science from the Computer Science department at Stanford University.
